Bayonet's Storm R belt combines the best aspects of a regular belt and a battle belt: a MOLLE/PALS matrix is sewn to the outside to allow for attaching pouches. The R in the name stands for Reversed compared to the previous Storm, which has a loop velcro surface on the inside, while this R model has a hook velcro surface on the inside. PALS loops are made of webbing, so they are very durable: according to the manufacturer's tests, a single loop can withstand 20 kilos of weight! The loops are cleverly made: there is a half loop at the top and bottom of the belt, so that there is a full-sized gap in the middle for the loop on the pouch. In this way, the pouch is firmly attached and slightly higher than usual, so it does not hang annoyingly and the mouth is easily accessible.
