A pressure dressing, or more familiarly Isreali bandage or emergency bandage, is a well-proven first aid tool for both civilian and tactical worlds. It suppresses and contains even larger wounds and at the same time protects the wound canal from dirt. Width 15 cm. A good addition to the home, car, or outdoors first aid kit, as well as for reservist's personal first aid kit, i.e. IFAK. These are also included in the MEDIC IFAK Individual First Aid Kit. We recommend the MEDIC Medi C.A.T. tourniquet as a companion for reservist's equipment. Packaging: The pressure dressing is sold in a vacuum-packed, sterile package. On the back of there are illustrated instructions for using the product in English. For the shelf life, the manufacturer has printed a 5-year "best before" date on the packaging. If the package remains intact and has been stored properly, there's no reason why something like this would go sour immediately after the expiration date. Storaging: Store in cool and dry conditions, and should not be exposed to direct sunlight (because long exposure UV light hurts the package and plastics in general).
