Rip-Off First Aid Pouch The Templar’s Gear detachable Rip-Off pouch is an excellent choice for carrying a first aid kit (IFAK) or other gear that needs meticulous sorting and easy transportability. Honorary mention goes to trauma shear pocket integrated to base and detachable organizer! It has so many features that it’s easier to just list them. This is model attaches to the PALS matrix with removable straps made of 1000D Cordura: light, durable and stable! Features: The platform attaches to a 2×3 PALS matrix. The platform spreads a couple of centimeters in every direction. The pouch part attaches to the base with velcro. The base also has a safety strap that opens/closes with QD buckle. The pouch can also be attached to the base horizontally, this makes carrying in belts more comfortable. The base also has the previously mentioned trauma shear holder. For example, these shears from Clawgear fit nicely (they also fit inside the pouch itself, if you want the scissors to go with the pouch). The length of the shear holder is 12 cm and the width is 4 cm. Carry handle on top. Square loop velcro matrix on top, size 5.5 x 5.5 cm. There is a laser-cut cross on the velcro, with an orange fabric peeking out from under it. Put some velcro on top if it bothers you! A small velcro pouch with two zippered openings - one on each side. Why? Well, because if you attach the pouch horizontally, you can point the handle in either direction without compromising the insides. The dimensions of this pouch are 13 x 16 cm, mouths are 9 cm. The main section opens on three sides in "panel loader" fashion. The zipper is two-way. If you wish, you can pull out a red strap from between the zipper pullers, which, when pulled, opens the main section neatly, but not too neatly. Inside one pocket and two elastic loops per side. Also inside is a rigid but flexible organizer. This is attached around the hinge stage of the pouch with velcro, so the whole thing can be browsed a bit like a book, or the organizer can be detached. The organizer measures 12.5 x 16.5 cm. It comes with elastic cord. Take a look at these 2M cord locks, if you want faster tension adjustments on the organizer. Made from 500 denier Foxdura (M05) or Cordura (other colours). The opposing sections of the pouch and its base are stiffened so that removal is easy and fast. Weighs 266 g (M05) or 272 g (other colours), of which the pouch itself is 154/160 g, the organizer 30 g and the base 82 g. When fully packed, the dimensions with the base are approximately 14 × 18 × 6.5 cm. There is a little more space than in the previous generation model, but the whole system is thinner. Development is developing! Psst! Spare bases, but without the shear holder, are available. Put another one, for example, in your bergen, and the first aid kit (not the band) will always travel easily and quickly with you!
